venue 11 pro 7139 - Windows 10 pro freeze after clean instal

Hi,

i have this dell tablet over a few years, never used it much with windows 7.

No i wanted to install Windows 10 Pro, but after every clean installation it freezes and is not responsible any more.

I tried Windows 1809 and 1803, with these releases a clean install was not possible.
No i installed Windows 1709, here i was able to install from scratch and updates video and chipset drivers.

Seems stable, but a upgrade to 1809 fails with a bluescreen and i need to try again.

was anyone able to install Windows 10 1809 from scratch on this devices?
