Scripting via Powershell and/or RestAPI

Hi there, I´m trying to achive the following without the usage of uemcli: - create a new snapshot of a file system - mount the snapshot as cifs share to /copy - do xyz... - remove the created snapshot The Powershell on github is lagging the function to create a cifs snapshot as far as I can see and using RestAPI in a PowerShell script seems to be super complicated because of the authentication token (sadly I´m not deeply into RestAPI so far) that is needed for Unity systems. Generally the whole scripting options for a Unity seem to be very dissapointing compared to other vendors so far. Any idea on how to reach a good solution for this task? Thank you, David
