Now, I need to add two new servers (2 Virtual machines). I configured the network and both VM(swpsql03 and swpsql04) ping the Ip Storage system but I can't add or configure initiators properly. For example swpsql03:

I need to install something to the VM? Unisphere Client?

I think I have to configure SP's? But how with the new's IP?

Someone can help me

Thanks a lot!!

Have you configured the software iSCSI initiator on the hosts to point at the target IPs on the Unity array?

Take a look at the below white paper - the iSCSI section contains a detailed process for setting up the Windows host

https://support.emc.com/docu69325_Dell_EMC_Unity_Series_Configuring_Hosts_to_Access_Fibre_Channel_(FC)_or_iSCSI_Storage.pdf?language=en_US

When you setup iSCSI on the Windows host you want to not use the quick setup - that misses some important steps.
