UnityVSA 4 - esx 6u2 - vcenter6.u2 - vmxnet3
i have esx 6u2 with vcenter 6u2 and deploy ova UnityVSA-4.0.0.7329527.ova. and I assigned ip of managment.
But ip not working and nic not start because emc use vmxnet3 and vcenter6u2 not see vmware tools installed on unityvsa
and inuityvsa not support install or upgrade vmtools. I tried to change the nic in e1000 but not working
Another problem is autenticated if use console:
account: admin
password: Password123#
ma not is correct I do not know if they are correct
help me

find the problem: appliance working but if change cpu or ram the software start but not working and vmtool not start and ip not working, if the hardware configuration does not touch everything works. from what I understand appliance controls the cpu and ram configuration and does not allow changing. Also login and password working only not change hardware.

Hi Alvaro,
you need only wait...my first boot on esx6u2 and vcenter 6u2 it took around 20 minutes.
User/password are correct but you need change it on first (web) login
account: admin
password: Password123#

yes the appliance working,
stop working only increase cpu or ram

Hi Alvaro,
You are correct.
Changing memory or CPU for the Virtual Storage Appliance is not supported.
The VSA will not work correctly if these values are changed.
This is by design.
