Why doesn't LUNZ appear on ESXi like it does Windows?
Why doesn't LUNZ appear on ESXi like it does Windows? When I zone Windows systems to the Unity, before I map a LUN, I get the famous LUNZ. When I do the same to VMWare ESXi 6.0 and 6.5, no LUNZ appears. Is this by design?

Could be. I didn't see it on ESXi 6.0 either.

This may be a new feature in ESX 6.5. If you do not have a LUN configured on the array, the array sends the LUNZ to the host for discovery. The Agent in ESX may have changed.
