file import issues from VNX 5300 to Unity 300

Thanks Andres, we have support from Dell 2 or 3 weeks ago. It's very important to solve this error, because the customer wants this migration metod only.

i want clarifi below points.

01.is this below nas_migration_xx virual or dedicated physical one?(virual mean,interface created on FSN device)

The source NFS or CIFS VDM server must be configured with a separate, nonproduction interface, that has the prefix "nas_migration_xxx", which is used
during the import session to migrate the VDM and file system data through the
Unity system's mobility interface.

02.this is another physical dedicate port or virtual port(virual mean,interface created on FSN device)

l Verify that the physical Data Mover on which the source VDM is located has at
least one IP Interface configured that is not attached to the VDM being migrated.
This ensures that the source Data Mover will be able to provide uninterrupted
Name Services for the remaining file servers. The VDM import session will fail if
this additional interface is not present.
