How to know SN of VMAX base on Sales Order number?

Hi all,

Our sales has release the PO to purchase VMAX 950F. The storage is in the progress of delivering, and meanwhile I want to know the serial number of the storage for some reasons. In this case, what I've done before is to download the "Order Details - Packing Slip View" file from "customer service order information tool" link and from this I can find out the SN of the storage. Is there any other way to know that, since I just now  realized that I cannot find the SN with this way. NO SN information can be found from the Order details - packing slip view.
