Migration From VMAX3 400K to Unity 550F with Open Replicator

Hi Thanks in advance The customer wants to move (Migrate) info from a VMAX3 400K, due to lack of space, but he wants to move to a Unity 550F, is it possible to do that with Open Replicator? i found this note in Dell EMC VMAX3 Family overview Product Guide that Hot push operations are not supported on arrays running HYPERMAX OS and the other thing, do i need a license for the VMAX3 for Open Replicator? i think that the only way to move the data is with cold push, but i will need to create a symclone to launch the replication to the Unity, and i wont use the prod dev.
