SPA-Deploying from *.ovf

i downloaded smas731_suse11_vapp_OVF10_01 and smas731_suse11_vapp_OVF10_02 AND did the copy /b command to make them one file and everything appeared to be ok.  I then attempted to deploy from vSphere (4.1 345053) and the deployment gets about 3/8 thru and then returns an error  saying the request was aborted.  yes we are moving up to vsphere 5.1 soon.  then end result is that we need to get the analyzer info to eliminate or confirm  storage from an equation that involves 1 physical SqL box and a high page fault issue.
