Vmax FA has been unbalanced please let me know the cause
We have 4FA's in the PG(30 host is being server by 4FA) out of 4 FA's 2 FA has high Iops compared to other 2 could some one help me to find the root cause.

What software is doing the load balancing? Exact same devices on all 4 ports?

Hey;
For this kind of question you need to create a service request to engage performance support,however I can tell you the unbalance is caused always for the host if you have 30 hosts connected to 4 FA ports then some of them are sending more IOS than others. there is an easy way to know who is sending more IOs in that ports from inlines (vmax service processor). I can help you but you will need to create SR, send it to me with the FAs ports involved and I can connect to the box and tell you what wwn are sending more IOs.
There is no way to answer this question without review the box in real time or revieweing btp data.
