EMCopy Process .etc Lost and Found Folder

I was performing an EMCopy for migration purposes.

I used the /purge command and noticed it deleted the .etc and Lost and Found Folder.

Not sure what type of ramifications this could have.

Should I just copy from our latest snapshot?

Can I just recreate the folders?

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
