Facing issues with users accessing shares

Hi

We have LDAP set up in our NAS environment recently.

Few of the users are still facing issues accessing the shares and also some of the users are able to access the shares without any issues.

When i do a server_ldap lookup I get a "Time out Error" and also are not able to find the users ID in the secmap cache list. 

Could any one help me with a solution for this problem
