Try if you can ssh (putty) into the control station and if you can open http:///setup
IF that works then most likely your system is fine and you have one of the problems with UniSphere login or certificates mentioned in your screenshot
check if this solution works for you.
in additional, you could also try this.
Login to the SP through the management port using a laptop computer and disable the IP Filtering State.
--> Setup page
--> "Set Administration Access Restriction"
--> IP Filtering State: "Disable"
I've try all what you talk about but nothing works even if you connect to the service port you can ping it but you cannot browse the unisphere from it, using putty it login successfully but I don't know my the user name and password knowing that no one change them if you know what is the default credential for SP service port.
