Hi Oscar,
To enable or disable deduplication on a LUN use the lun -modify command. For pool level related statistics, use the storagepool command.
For detailed information on each of these commands and others, please consult the VNX Command Line Interface Reference for Block documentation, located on EMC Online Support.
Thanks

In Unisphere LUN properties you have option to turn on / turn off deduplication.
Turning it off doesn't need downtime, it will do it on the background. That will take a long time, but you can use it normally.

The two answer below explain how to disable Deduplication on a LUN (in the LUN Properties).
Please review the attached White Papers for Deduplication - you should thoroughly read and understand this before you configure any LUNs to use Deduplication.

Is there any requirement free space of the lun or pool to do this? When we disable the dedup on the lun is it the capacity of the particular lun will be increase? Please advice.

To disable dedup on a LUN you need 110% free space in the Pool - see first paragraph on page 9 of the document that I attached yesterday - "H12209.6-vnx-dedup-compression-wp[1].pdf"
