How to manage users and group for a cifs server ?

Hi All,

I have configured CIFS Server on Data Mover and now i am  facing a blocking point.

I have created a vdm, CIFS Server and share. I have joined the CIFS Server to the domain. However, when i login to a windows workstation with administrator login : "My Computer", "manage", "connect to another computer", i have access to the file system, and i can see all created shares, but i am not able to access "local Users and Groups". why ? 

I looked the emc170135 knowledge base solution, and the point is that :

1. the DNS is working, for addition i put the cifs server name in the client hosts file but the connection from computer management still shows the "local Users and Groups" with a red 'X'

2. I can create share and home directory, and from "Computer Management MMC Snap-in" everything is OK.

3. I have set the "djAddAdminToLg" Datamover parameter to "1" to Enable automatic add to administrators local Group;  no changes

4. I have set the Local Administrator password for the cifs server, thinking that this will enable the "local Users and Groups" when connected from the Domain admin account being used to join the cifs server to the domain; no changes

It is clear that the domain admin account that i use to connect to the cifs server is not able to manage "local user and group" for cifs server.

Since i don't want to manage the shares with the domain account as this is out of process, Please, can somebody tell me how i can fix the problem and manage shares from a cifs server's local Administrator account/simple user account.
