How to roll backup EMC VNXe 3200 If upgrade software is failed
Dear Guys,
We are using EMC VNXe 3200 Now our EMC software is 3.1.5.7213336. We can see that new software version available.My question is that when we upgrade the software some thing goes to wrong otherwise upgrdation failed, How to roll back EMC system.If it is failed what is impact .Same like How to take backup EMC .We have no replication facility right now.
SO please give your valuable advice and suggestion for me.

It you really need to rollback a software upgrade you need to work with EMC Support via a service request
for config backup run an save a data collect
for data backup use NDMP for file based data

please see the VNXe3200 nanuals on support.emc.com on how to configure NDMP backup
the VNXe simple Support Matrix on elabnavigator.emc.com lists the supported backup applications for NDMP
The documentation from the backup software vendor has more details on NDMP
