How to view File and Block Configuration XML file in VNX OE 32

In the release notes on this forum for VNX OE I noticed the bullet below:

· Unified GUI and CLI to Capture VNX Configuration in XML Format: This feature provides both GUI and CLI options to capture and generate a single file containing the File and Block configuration portions of a VNX system, in a consistent XML schema format.

I have pulled collections off of a VNX running 32 but do not see any File data in there at all still block only. What is the procedure to get this unified XML view?
