Language pack issue ?

Hi there ...

My customer is getting issue seems related to language pack ....

when he wants to delete alert from Unisphere gui with selection of Japanese language ,,, he cannot delete alerts .

But he changed back to English , Alert can be deleted ,

Is anybody experience this kind of issue ? please let me know
