Migrating from IBM DS to VNX
Hello - we are starting a migration from an IBM DS4X00 to a VNX via Fiber Channel. In doing my research it appears that only the FULL SAN Copy sessions are available between IBM and EMC. If you want to do incremental SAN Copy sessions you have to be doing them between EMC arrays. Is this correct?
Would Open Migrator be a better option for this data migraton?

yes, in order to run incremental SANCopy, source has to be running SanCopy software ..and only CX/VNX can do that. Open Migrator is an option, depending on the host you could utilize native LVM mirroring, Storage VMotion.
