Migration of Data from VNX to UNITY array

We currently have a VNX and would like to migrate data to UNITY array.

Situation:

HP physical server using "C" as local storage.  SQL is loaded on SAN Storage drive "D"

What is the best way to migrate the SAN drive to new UNITY and present to physical server?

I am trying to avoid setting up new server and installing OS and application.
