1. I try to setup a HTTP client whcih can communite with the CEE API

2. My customer will write a program which is using the CEE API. He wants to log all file activities on his VG8.

CEPA is a closed API

In order to use it you need to get a agreement from product management.

What is supported is to configure the CEE servers to send events to the open source message broker RabbitMQ (instructions should be in the CEE documentation)

Your consumer app can then get the events from RabbitMQ

Is there no other way than RabbitMQ which might help ? 
I'm getting this registeration request from CEE but have no clue what to send as a response
