I have got the SP collects but it seems difficult to view them. Is there a tool to view SP collects?

Also EMCremote where can this application be downloaded?

If you are a partner, there are tools available to view the spcollects. EMCremote is a service only tool used to connect to the older CLARiiON arrays.

Just use the getrg command as noted in the KB article as this will display the disks in the Raid 10 raid group.
