Shutdown VNX (Unified)

Hi all,

I to do a shutdown of an VNX (Unified, V.2). I used the procedures provided by SolveDesktop but I am wondering about one point - when i had run the commands for setting the controlstation/datamovers to haltet state the storage processors got unresponsive after completion. i assume now that when shutting down the CS will also shutdown the SPs of the array.

is this a special behavior for unified systems, cause as i remember for block only it was just trigger the SPS powerswitches.

did i missed something ?

is this normal behavior ?

could not figure that out from provided SolveDesktop document.
