Storage Pool offline w/ err. 0x712D8514
We have a VNX 5100. After turning the system off and turn back to our storage pool status is "offline", and we can't get access to a LUN on this storage pool. In the properties of the storage pool status of such errors: "An error occurred while accessing the Storage Pool. Please resolve any hardware problems and retry the operation. (0x712D8514)".
Any ideas?

This needs a ticket to be raised with support urgently
Ensure you have a set of SPcollects also attached so it can be handled as efficiently as possible

I guess these is an issue with the Hardware; As Gearoid Mentioned, please open a Service Request with support team.

Was a resoultion ever found? I have a similar error, though on a CX4 and we don't have ability to open service ticket

This error normally a critical error that can only be resolved by a service engagement
The error code translates to "An internal error occurred resulting in a Pool lun going offline. "
What that error is etc can only be seen in the SPcollects

Guess I just have some dead slots until we get a replacement SAN in. Thanks
