Sudden VNX initiators log out occured

Hi

In our VNX7500 flare 5.31.000.5.720 , 66 hosts are fc connected to this storage system and each port have zoned with about 30 hosts maximum. Last night a problem occurred and in that some initiators disconnected from storage. For example, for a host with 4 initiator on each fabric, 2 ,3 or all 4 paths disconnected and is still logged out but others are working fine. we checked that the hosts with same problem are connected to different San Switches and of course other storage connected to the same fabric didn't experience this problem. We tried to shut/noshut switch port , which fix the problem. there is no SP log for this problem and just some alerts about disconnection of these hosts.

Can anyone help me to understand root cause of this problem?

ps,

powermt disabled/enable ,un-check/check storage group initiators and try to connect initiators doesn't work to fix the login problem

sounds like you have ruled out the fabric (hosts connected to different SAN switches), could it be an issue with patch panel ?

not in fact, as the server are in different place of datacenter and only servers connected to this storage affected, I don't think any problem in network, because it could affect other servers in the same rack at least.
