Transfer of ownership of a CX500

We have received a technology transfer from a partner firm that is a Dell Branded Clariion CX500 array.  I would like to know what the procedure is for transfer of ownership of this system so that i can have my powerlink account upgraded to allow for access to information and software.  Thank you.
