Trouble connecting to the VNXe Product Page?

The URL for the Online Support web site, www.emc.com/vnxesupport, requires an HTTP rather than an HTTPS prefix.

If you specify an HTTPS prefix for the website URL (for example https://www.emc.com/vnxesupport), your browser will be unsuccessful in contacting the webserver. It may return a "connection has timed out", or "cannot display the webpage", depending on the browser. If this occurs, change the URL prefix for the EMC Online Support website to HTTP rather than HTTPS.
