VNX Unified or Block Only

So, I have been studying for the VNX Solutions Specialist Exam for Implementation Engineers, along with a few others.  That has lead to me wonder what most of EMC's customers use their VNX for?  File, Block, or Both?  Thoughts?  I have never been a huge fan of file (on any array - not just EMC) and was curious?

we have 11 VNX arrays, using block for VMware, Oracle, PeopleSoft ..you name it. Using file for traditional office shares, web server farms (cascade, wiki), student learning systems (BlackBoard). VNX is our swiss army knife, handles so many variety of workloads/applications for us.

Very similar to Dynamox here too.

Block for VMware, SQL, Oracle, etc. File for some small *nix NFS, and generic user/departmental shares.

Be prepared for the File piece for the exam. Somewhere around 50/50% Block/File questions were in the exam.
