Hi Rainer,
thank you for your reply.
Yes you are right concerning the document, but this is the only one I found which talks about integrating the VNX with the RSA Envision.
What I mean also is the CIFS shares, directories shared via CIFS, is there a way to retrieve the logs from the DM and send them to RSA Envision?
Any idea or a document that helps me to do that?

Hi Bob,
I’m not an Envision expert – but the document you added only talks about collecting events from the storage processor.
If with folder you mean CIFS shares or directories shared via CIFS – the info is only available via the data mover (x-blade)
Or do you man LUN folders ?

Sorry – I dont know if that functionality is implemented in Envision
I suggest to find out from RSA documentation or support
What I know that in order to get CIFS auditing you need to get the security.evt from the data mover
