Hello kingstdz,

Were you getting any errors prior to shutdown or your VNXe3200?  What was the order that you did for shutdown and power up?

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello kingstdz,

Based on the output you provided you look to have a possible corrupt image on your SP’s.  I would call into support so that we can take a deeper look into this issue.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
