VNXe 3200 Upgrade Failure - Health Check

Hello all,

I am sorry in advance for the lack of pertinent information I will be lacking in this post, but I am hoping someone can help with what info I can provide.

I was trying to upgrade the VNXe firmware on one of my storage units and when I go try to do the upgrade, it fails because of a health check.  The error that I get is "flr::check_if_storage_pool_recovery_is_required_2" with an error code of 0x6000cbc.  I have checked all of the places I can think to check and everything appears to be functional.  Nothing is faulted.  All of my hard drives are functional, in the system health status, everything shows green and functional.  When I go into the storage pools section though, it says that some of my storage pools appear to be degraded, but I can't seem to find anything that would cause them to be degraded.  I have rebooted each Service Processor and when that did not work, I rebooted the entire SAN and booted up per instructions.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot further?

I appreciate all the help in advance.

I dont think you can troubleshoot and fix this any further - you need open a service request and have EMC support engaged
