Which account types have to access the VNXe via the Cli
Hello,
I believe i know the answer but want to confirm.
It pertains to which Accounts have access to the VNe via the Cli.
I know we have 3 accounts typically
admin
service
emc engineering/root
I know emc support can access the VNXe via a Cli session through either service or engineering but a customers only access to the Cli is through their service account ?
Just behavior i observed where i can use admin account to log into the GUI but the same admin account does not work on the Cli

Hi Darren,
admin account is only used for Unisphere access and service account is only used for VNXe CLI.
You may use username: service to log into the VNXe CLI with configured service password.
