Windows Host (freezing) accessing disks on VNX5400

Hi everyone, we have the following setup

HOST (MS WINDOWS 2012 R2) with BCM5700 SLOT where 1 port is 10 GB (SFP deployed as FCoE) and this PORT/nic is connected to the VNX5400 through a SAN switch EMC MP8000B and host isolated and running as cluster (with a single host) is freezing accessing disks on VNX5400.

- if we try to copy a folder (virtual machine exported) from c:\temp to h:\ (root) when the server is set up as a single host accessing the disk (on vnx5400) it freezes

- if we try the same but as a cluster of a single host it freezes again

- if we access the disk management on Windows OS it freezes , if we disconnect the luns on VNX5400 it stops happening

how can I set up this host directed connected to the VNX 5400 storage?
