Windows users authentication by Linux SAMBA LDAP

Hi

We got a windows users and we are using samba ldap for authentication. We bought VNXe3150, but we are not able to add linux based ldap server for authentication, because it only provides option to windows domain. now how do i enable my windows users to access this storage by cifs without windows domain.
