new clean installation 3100, error Both Storage Processors are in service mode

Good day ...

I tried to install a new system vnxe 3100, but now webgiu EMC Unisphere (Service Mode) shows that "Both Storage Processors are in service mode" and on each processor says "Detected at least one missing disk in the first four disks in the DPE ".

But I did not change on the disk, and do not pull out. Total Disc 6 pieces and they are in the left side of the system. Please help to revive the system.

Check if we have any LED flashing amber on any of the first 4 disks , if this is the case then the drive must be faulty and needs to be replaced. If there is no LED flashing amber then the next step would be to do a complete VNXe power cycle using primus emc263167. If this does not work we might have to reseat both the SP's along with each of the first 4 drives.

Good day chrislogo...

I have only 2 first drive with yellow labels, this is normal in this box? None of my drives are not turned yellow. Today I connected the two conventional drives in slot number 2 and 3 and through EMC Unisphere (Service Mode) and performed "Reinitialize". Now I have another error "If the service code (below) is 0xFC12CDD1, contact support to Clear the Cache Dirty Condition."

VNXe would have 4 vault drives and it is not a correct config to have just 2 drives with the yellow label, as you have now inserted the other 2 drives the config is correct but the storage has now dirty cache on the LUNs , you will have to contact support and they will have to work to get this issue fixed.
