powerpath failover time

I have the environment of VNX7500 and ESXi5 which powerpath/VE(5.7) is installed.

When I have tried one FC cable on ESX to unplug, queuing time was very shoter.(more than powerpath (linux and windows and so on))

So, after queuing time is 10s, IO re-started.

Is it correct that powerpath/VE failover time is very short ?

(powerpath/VE detect immediately that fabric was changed ?)

To some extent yes, It depends on the 3 factors Automate failover and recovery , Optimize load balancing, Standardize path management.

So i think this answers all.

Thanks
