setting preferred path in VMware for VNX luns
I have been able to do this in the past but now the option is greyed out. i have mixed 4.1 and 5.0 hosts. i can set on the 5.1 hosts but the it is greyed out on the 4.1 hosts.
please advise.
i am and have run the EMC VSI set multipathing policy - would that be a contributer

I searched on VMware KB and found a couple that may apply - the first one has a section on setting the preferred path for ESX 4
