vnx monitoring and reporting not working after ubuntu release upgarde

Can you tell me the archetecture of VNX Monitoring and Reporting?  Doesn't seem to be apache2, and I don't see Tomcat 7 or 8 either.  I need to check the services and make sure things are started appropriately to diagnose.

Had this working fine on Ubuntu 14.  Did an apt-get update, apt-get upgrade and apt-get dist-upgrade.  I am on 14.04.1 LTS now and when I try to access the VNX reporting web based console, I just get "This webpage is not available.  ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED".  The URL we use here is http://vnxreporting:58080/VNX-MR/
