Hi Ken,
Much Appreciated its shows GA from Aug'13 but where can I get the end of support date or EOPS for EMC 5400. Or what is general policy for EOSL of EMC products.
Any Idea.

I have reviewed the xls and do not see a published EOL date for the VNX5400.
I will have to keep looking to get you the right answer

Hi Masax,
general policy for end of primary support (EOPS) is 5 years after end of sale (EOL).
The VNX2 series that includes the VNX5400 is actively being sold with no EOL date set.
So you can expect support until at least 2021
For comparison – the VNX1 series that was released 2.5 years before VNX2 went EOL end of 2014/2015 and has EOPS of Dec 31 of 2019/2020
