viper srm doesn't show vmax alerts only.

hello

we have a problem with alerting with vmax with srm version 6.5u4

al other devices reports alarms correctly on srm , not vmx ,

we have check all kb000333767 and 000466674 but same problems..

does anyone has ahd same issue ?

Hey Jeka:

You state you are at 6.5u4, which is SRM 3.6.4.

This is an older version. They made a lot of changes to VMAX alerting in 3.7.1. You may want to look to upgrade.

You state that you followed KB 33767. Did you bounce the daemon also?

Also, make sure that the alerts are enabled in srm, as they are disabled by default

since i m not a viper user or expert .. just helping customer .. have oyu a procedure or doc in wch it i wrote how to enable alert ?
