DELL Management Plugin for vCenter
I cannot remember the password to login to the appliance. Is there a way to reset?
I would like to uppgrade to version 1.5 from 1.0.

You can login to the appliance using Linux single user mode and reset the password. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Reboot the appliance
2. Type “e” when see the CentOS splash screen to get into the boot menu screen
3. Use the arrows to go Kernel line
4. Press e to edit this entry and add “rw init=/bin/bash”, hit “b” for boot
5. The console boots into single user mode and comes up with a prompt
6. Type /sbin/pam_tally2 –user admin –reset
7. Reboot the appliance
