OpenManage Integration for VMware - Warranty check not working
Hi there,
I'm running OMI for VMware 2.0 and I can't get the warranty check to work
I get this error in the log:
Error: Warranty data cannot be retrieved from Dell for service tag xxxxxx. (I removed my service tag for privacy reasons)
Error: Warranty failed for all 1 hosts. Reason: Transaction rolled back because it has been marked as rollback-only
If I check the warranty status on the Dell website it works fine
Anyone seen this?
