vCenter 4.0 U2 Issue

Not sure if it will help someone else, but when I upgraded my vCenter from U1 to U2 I had issues with the vFoglight Agent Collector. In our setup we run the VMware Agent component on our vCenter box (it's a beast of a physical). The FMS is on a separate box. After the U2 update the metrics were fine, however they were all 0 and the collector logged messages about skipping VM collection. No fun. After starting, stopping, etc. I finally ran a repair install on the agent and it started working again. So for others out there you may notice this issue. I tried a lot of things including checking vCenter privileges for the agent account, multiple restarts, etc.
Here is an excerpt from the collector log:
2010-08-11 13:47:14,066 [15] ERROR Collector - _AddSamplesToList - Setting Metric Information for to Skipped State (repeats multiple times for each VM)
And if you open the rollup xml in the same directory you will find all samples have value 0.
