Could someone look at my Hijack this log? My computer takes forever to shut down

I am experiencing several issues including not always being able to open IE or install/uninstall iTunes, but I'm focusing on the shutdown issue for right now. Once I click on Shut down from the start menu, it takes a good 5-7 minutes before I get the window to click OK to actually shut down. Then, it takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes to actually shut down, and it just says Windows is shutting down...

I regularly run spybot and adaware on my laptop and I don't think it's a virus or spyware issue - i think it could be software that is not responding or just taking a long time to shut off, but I don't know for sure and I don't know how to find out.
