Lavasoft ("Ad-Aware") was acquired by Lulu Software

Not that I've used [nor recommended] Ad-aware in ages... but I just noticed an article by Corrine Chorney that Lavasoft, the company behind Ad-Aware, was "secretly" taken over by Lulu Software [which may or may not be the same as the "Solaria Fund"] --- back in January!
