Mystery folder in control panel (can't open / remove)
Dell 530 vista 32bit OS...
There is an empty folder in my control panel (classic view) and I'm not sure what it is or how to remove it. I have run mban and mban anti rootkit, emsisoft emergency scanner (deep scan), superantispyware, hitmanpro, norton 360 and comes back totally clean. Also everything else seems to be working just fine. Anyone have any idea what this is or associated with? Any tips/suggestions on how to remove it would be greatly appreciated!
When I try to open the folder I get this error message:

Hi DPH1,
This forum is for desktop hardware questions, but your issue pertains to software. So I'm going to move this thread to the Microsoft OS forum for more help.
