Norton Antivirus single user or 3 user

I'm a home user with NAV 2007 single user installed on 2 Dell PC's.  NAV 2007 single user version installed properly with subscriptions on both computers.  I would like to upgrade to NAV 2008.  Can I also install the 2008 single user version on 2 computers?

I thought the free upgrade was only for the balance of time remaining on your subscription.  In my case that's only a month.

When you enter/activate you have to purchase a new subscription right?

Also, back to my original question - if I purchase a version of NAV 2008 - which one is to be used my two home computers?  Does single user mean single household/multiple computers or does single user just mean one computer?

Amazon is selling the single user NAV 2008 for $38 but the 3-user for $50.

As I said - I always used a single user version on multiple computers in the past and they loaded fine and the subscriptions were activated for a year with no problem.

as long as you have subscription time remaning on each pc, you can upgrade to 2008 for free.  Be sure to have your cd keys in case you need to reneter the key.

that is correct...the balance for 2008 will be whatever is left on the subscription.  When the subscription expires, you can enter/activate a new key from a single user or 3-user subscription (on 3-user the clock starts when you activate the first user).

When your subscription runs out you will need to activate a new one to get another 365 days.  Frys and Frys.com has NAV 2008 3user free after rebate, I also have seen other products free after rebate from frys such as KAV.
