Please help downloaded Vundo.gen.k virus

I have downloaded a virus McAfee says it has found and removed it but i keep getting pop ups and being sent to  other sites. then when i tried to remove some software my computer blue screened and would not restart unless in safe mode . I did a system Restore and it appears to be working ok no pop ups but I am worried about using the internet for banking ect as it could still be there. I have posted the log below.
