Re:Virus & spy ware settings in the mcafee anti virus application in my laptop
Dear sir/madam,
I has reinstall thle mcafee anti virus in my laptop, when i am trying to change the settings of the Virus & spy settings to on but automatically changing to the off. the mcafee subscription account was active,but the 1st month period was over. i has extended the 15 months subscription. Help me out in this issue.

When you first started using your PC, McAfee should have prompted you to create an online account to register your subscription.
If you didn't register your McAfee subscription, your best approach is probably to contact McAfee Customer Service so you can explain your situation. You can do this by Instant Chat, Email or Phone. The service is FREE of charge.
