SYSTEM ERROR #1752

I have got a blue background on my pc and it says:

warning!spyware threat detected!system error #1752

the rest of it you have probally heard before.I have noticed that everyone has used hijackthis so i have done the same and done the scan which is below

Please could someone help as i dont really know what i am doing.all i have done so far is done a virus scan using mcafee which is the security system that i use on here.it said it detected about 7 things and deleted them.
